Postpaid is a program you can pay later for what you used in a month with a limited cap. so if you are not sure of what you may use and you don't want to pay in advance you can select this program and select the right cap for your business
The prepaid is a program you will pay in advance for the number of credits you want to add to your account. you can send messages as long as you have credit at your account
Postpaid doesn't have an expiry date since you only pay for what you used and we will charge you at the end of the month as a bill.
for Prepaid we grant you a long expiry date, up to 365 days which is more than enough to consume all your credits.
you may ask your account manager to issue a bill for you before the end of the month and after you settle the bill, you may resume sending messages again with a fresh cap
Yes, the fee of registering every additional sender name is 230 riyals annually, including tax, which is the fee for registering the senders names, paid to the Communications and Information Technology Commission
